    Yikes. These are all making my eyes burn. Some of them I know were just mishaps (Julia Roberts forgetting to shave, Tara Reid's boob popping out) but others are chronically bad dressers. Britney seems to be the best example. Cher on the other hand dresses has always dressed so crazy she's a drag sensation and there is some honor (and a dash of fierceness) in that. She was the original Lady Gaga in a way.
