HAIR! SHORT & SWEET 2012



There is saying: ”if you have something to show, you should not think of a short haircut”. Having a long hair myself, I can say that I am a long hair lover. However, browsing on internet for a new hairstyle, I noticed that the hair is getting shorter in 2012.
Short hairstyles are in the tendency of growing their popularity because they require quite low maintenance compared with long and medium length tresses. In old times women wore short hairstyles in order to show their rebellious character. But today women turn short hair designs as it is very beautiful and fabulous.
If you want to stand out from the crowd short asymmetrical haircut is the way to go.


Another new trend for 2012 is futuristic hair style with dramatic highlights. This style is for the brave ones who are ready to be in the center of attention.

                                          There are some styles that I just have to share with you…









I am not quite ready to cut my long hair, but these styles look very interesting and definitely something to think about… Are you ready for a new hair style? Do you love long or short hair?

    I cute my hair short like, 2-3 months ago. It's okay. i don't regret it, but I'm growing it out again and it's sort of a pain, but still short enough that it's convenient and low maintenance. Sometimes it's good to just have a change :)

    I looooooove short hair but my love who is also a hairstylist has long hair and she does not really plan to cut it :) Although there are endless designs that you long hair girls can do. It's a bit of a decision to cut it short I may say.

    I loooooove short hair very much. Used to have a very shot bob hair-cut and mid-length, with a fringe and without, layered and classic sharp... In all kinds of colours. :) But at the end I went back to my natural colour and long hair again. Sometimes I feel tempted to cut everything off, but I think it's got more to do with a beautiful photo rather than a real need for a change. :) Long hair makes me feel more feminine, more me, and yes, I do like pony-tails, too. :)

    i think they will carry me out in a box with long hair - i have really thick hair and my mum used to hack it off as a child with a pair of scissors - i looked like i had a thatched roof on my head - scarred!! But seriously when you hair is very thick it needs weight to it and it is just easier long - although i like short hair on some it is beautiful - i think you are either a long or short hair girl - i always regret it when i cut mine (on that rare occassion in the past!) xx

    I love the 3rd to the last photo! I have been a fan of short hair for quite sometime now cuz short hair actually makes me look younger haha... But lately, I've been growing my hair cuz I'm getting kinda tired of having short hair. Contrary to popular belief, having short hair is just as high-maintenance as well (in my case) >.<"

    Short hair is really pretty and comes in lots of styles like feminine , tomboy-ish, pretty ... But long hair I find more interesting. You can do so many things with long hair and make it just your style : feminine, rock, ponytail , bun, plaits, and loads more! I cut my hair a while ago but bow it's getting longer and I can do much more things with it now! ^^
    I love the blonde and blue haircut, and the one just after :D

    i'm getting my hair done today... and honestly i would love to chop it all off, but truth is i love my long hair... i feel pretty in it and for now i'm going to keep it... but if i were to walk in to my hair stylist of 10 years(also my sister in law) and she told me she wanted to cut it all off, i would. that's trust!!! luckily that hasn't happened yet :)

    i had short hair for most of my life, and loved it. it is so stylish. i love the 3rd from the bottom! although i like my long hair, i still get the itch to cut it even i see cute styles.
